Touch Screen Swivel Appliance Mechanical Life Test Equipment According to IEC60335-2-23
1.Introduction
Power cord flexing test apparatus is designed according to GB4706.15 and IEC60335-2-23 clause 11.101, it is applied to do flexing test for appliance for skin or hair care Appliance with swivel connection to check the mechanical life and temperature rise. The equipment adpots floor-stand structure and controlled by PLC and touch screen, the test frequency and speed can be preset, and built-in load. The hair care appliance with a swivel connection are positioned with their major axis horizontal, the supply cord hanging vertically. A pull force of 1N is applied to the supply cord. The appliance under test is supplied at rated voltage, and rotated about its major axis at a rated of approximately 50 rev/min, the direction of rotation being reversed every 20 revolutions, the test is carried out for 1500 revolutions. The equipment will automatical shut down when the number of trials is reached.
