The IK Pendulum Impact Testing Machine is an impact testing device for materials such as shells or glass. Pego make the device according to the requirements of IEC60068-2-75, GB/T2423.55, IEC62262, and GB/T20138 standards. It is mainly used for impact testing of non-metallic material specimens or products such as plastics, glass, and ceramics. It is a test instrument for evaluating the impact resistance of materials. According to the IK impact standards IEC62262 and GB/T20138, this test machine only contains five impact elements: IK07, IK08, IK09, IK10 and IK11. The hammer is released manually and the impact test sample (EUT) is dropped horizontally. This device is often used in lighting standards for impact tests on non-tempered glass. It mainly includes 4 hammers, a host, and bracket casters.

4.1 The device is purely mechanical manufacturing, should keep regular maintenance, frequent lubrication of screw and bearing bits.
4.2 The device is strictly prohibited from no-load impact, that is, there should be an object under the striking element
4.3 Remove the striking elements when the device is in non-working state.
4.4 Inspect before using, make sure the apparatus placed level.
4.5 Working condition: 5~35℃ (temperature), 45~75% (R.H.)
